As the Whitley family settled into rural England near Daresbury, they cultivated their garden with excellent flavours, serving as inspiration for both their kitchen and experiments with new gins. Johnny's latest Gin takes the famous Whitley family Gin and adds one of Johnny's favorite fruits, raspberries, from his childhood visits to his grandparents' farm.

Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin & Tonic
Ingredients: 50ml Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin, Premium Tonic Water to top, Lemon/Lime Wedge and Raspberries to garnish. Method: Pour Raspberry Gin into a balloon glass filled with cubed ice. Top with premium tonic water, stir well, then add raspberries and garnish with a wedge of lemon or lime.
Whitley Neill Raspberry Collins
Ingredients: 50ml Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin, 20ml Lemon Juice, 15ml Sugar Syrup, Premium Tonic Water. Method: Add Whitely Neill Raspberry Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker, then pour in a long glass filled with cubed ice, stir and garnish with raspberries and a mint leaf.
